Kirk Hines tapped as Chief of Division of Soil & Water Conservation - ODA

In December, the Division of Soil & Water Resources, which was a part of ODNR was moved to the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
 Kirk Hines became chief of the Division of Soil and Water Conservation, now a division of ODA. Hines had been with the Division of Soil and Water Resources at the Ohio Department of Natural Resources since 2000 and previously served as deputy chief. He earned his bachelor’s degree in agricultural engineering from The Ohio State University.

In December, the Division of Soil & Water Resources, which was a part of ODNR was moved to the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
